Tom's Buffalo Dogs

Ingredients
  Buffalo wing sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
  Beef franks 1 , skinless
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)
  Hot dog bun 1 Medium
  Blue cheese crumbles 1 Teaspoon
  Celery 1 Teaspoon, mince
Directions

MAKING
1)With a paper towel dry the hot dogs to avoid oil splatter. Deep fry the hot dog for 2 minutes at 375 degrees.
2)In a pan pour the buffalo wing sauce and coat the hot dog well.

SERVING
3)Top the hot dog with minced celery and blue cheese and some more hot sauce for added flavors and enjoy.

TIPS
You can add ground black pepper to the hot sauce to make it spicier.
