Chiletti and Franks
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Frankfurters||4 , sliced|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Spaghetti||8 Ounce (Uncooked)|
Saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender, but not brown.
Add frankfurters and cook until browned.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt and chili powder; mix well.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
Serve sauce over spaghetti.
