Mexicali Hot Dogs
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped hot pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot dog buns||8|
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray.
Pierce frankfurters with a fork in several places, and cook in skillet until lightly browned.
Combine tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.
Add frankfurters; reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened
