Latin American Hot Dogs

|Cabbage||1 Tablespoon, pickled|
|Flour tortillas||24 Large (12 Inches In Diameter)|
|Cooked sausage||4 Pound (Old-Fashioned Frankfurters)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Pound (4 Cups)|
|Taco sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Prepare Hot Black Beans, Pickled Cabbage, Fresh Tomato Relish, and Guacamole.
To heat tortillas, sprinkle each one with a few drops of water.
Stack tortillas, wrap in heavy-duty foil, and bake in a 350° oven until tortillas are warm Let guests cook their own sausages.
To cook sausages, place them on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of medium coals.
Cook, turning often, until well browned and hot throughout (5 to 10 minutes, depending on diameter of sausage).
To assemble sandwiches, wrap each sausage in a warm tortilla and add spoonfuls of Hot Black Beans, Pickled Cabbage, Fresh Tomato Relish, Guacamole, cheese, and salsa.
