Barbecued Hot Dogs
|Barbecue sauce||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Skinless wieners||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Finger rolls||4 , heated (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Chopped onion||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Chopped green pepper||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Chopped celery||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
Heat the barbecue sauce until bubbly.
Add wieners; cover pan.
Heat slowly for 6 minutes.
Using fork or tongs, place each wiener in a roll.
Set in a warm oven.
Add the onion, pepper and celery to the sauce and cook 3 minutes.
Spoon some of the mixture over each wiener before serving.
