Pickled Horse Radish

This pickled horseradish recipe is a non cooked recipe. Simply and easily made, I love to make and store this horseradish pickle and serve it later with meals. Made with vinegar with sugar and saltto taste, the pickled horseradish recipe is a real keeper!
Ingredients
  Grated horseradish 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs), cold
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
2.Pour into cold sterilized jars, seal.
SERVING
3.Serve with any appetizer
