Nippy Horseradish Mold

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Heavy cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), whipped
Directions

Blend gelatin, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
Mix in water.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Stir in horseradish.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold whipped cream into horseradish mixture.
Turn into a 3-cup fancy mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto chilled serving plate.
