  Horseradish 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in 1/2 cubes
  White vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until finely grated.
