Horseradish Lemon Mold

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Horseradish 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

"Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; add lemon juice.
Cool until partially set.
Beat lightly; fold in whipped cream and horseradish.
Pour into mold.
Chill until firm."
