Celeriac With Horseradish

Ingredients
  Celeriac 8 Ounce, peeled (250 gram)
  Butter 2 Ounce (60 gram)
  Single cream 1⁄4 Pint (150 milliliter)
  Cheese curd 6 Ounce (185 gram)
  Creamed horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the celeriac into small chunks and cook gently, uncovered, in the butter and milk or single cream until soft.
Allow to cool completely then process with the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
