Homemade Horseradish Mustard

Ingredients
  Vegetable bouillon cubes 2
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Ground turmeric 2 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2 , lightly beaten
Directions

Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
In saucepan blend cornstarch, sugar, mustard, and turmeric.
Stir in vinegar and horse radish.
Slowly blend in bouillon.
Cook and stir over low heat till thickened and bubbly.
Stir a moderate amount into egg yolks.
Return to saucepan.
Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Pack in 1/2 cup containers.
Refrigerate.
