Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef bouillon/Chicken bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs) (boiling hot)
  Grated horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
Directions

Combine flour, sour cream, and bouillon, stirring constantly until smooth.
Add horseradish, salt, vinegar, and sugar.
Cream butter and egg yolks and slowly add the hot sauce, a spoonful at a time, stirring constantly to prevent curdling.
Pour over fish.
