  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Low calorie margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Blend ingredients together; refrigerate overnight.
Exchange, 1/4 c. (60 mL): 1/2 fat Calories, 1/4 c. (60 mL): 200
