|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Horseradish root/1 tablespoon prepared horseradish||1 Ounce, peeled and finely grated (Fresh)|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||3 Drop|
In medium bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
Gradually add horseradish, Seasoned Salt and hot pepper sauce to taste.
Continue whipping until very stiff.
