Horse Radish In Vinegar

Ingredients
  Horse radish 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 1 Ounce
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bouillon 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Clean, wash and grate horse radish on a fine grater, then blanch to remove strong taste.
Strain, mix with non fatty bouillon or clear meat soup, season with salt, sugar, vinegar, according to taste.
Mostly served with boiled beef, Ujhazi's chicken broth, cold wild boar, always in separate sauce boat.
May also be prepared with water if there is no bouillon or clear meat soup.
