Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warm
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), scalded
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All-purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 375F degrees

MAKING
2.To prepare dough for brioche, first on a floured canvas, knead the dough until smooth
3.In a bowl, cover the dough and let it rise
4.Once the dough turns light, shape it into a long roll
5.In a 9-10 inch round pan, coil the roll, beginning at the outside edge and covering the bottom of pan
6.Brush with the topping and set aside to let it rise until doubled
7.Finally bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes

SERVING
8.Serve with coffee
