Honey Drop Cookies

Ingredients
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 7⁄8 Cup (30 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Nut meats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Cream shortening, sugar and honey.
Add egg.
Add gradually flour, baking powder and salt.
Nuts if desired.
Drop on greased pan from teaspoon.
These cookies will spread.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350F.
