Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant nonfat dry milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apricot nectar 3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled
  Orange juice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), chilled
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat eggs until thick and piled softly; add honey gradually, beating constantly until blended.
Stir the dry milk into a mixture of apricot nectar and juices until dissolved.
Add gradually to egg-honey mixture; beat until foamy.
Chill and beat again before serving.
