Ingredients
  Fresh asparagus 8 Ounce, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, diced
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  French bread loaf 1 , diced (8 Cups)
  Chopped cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, shredded (2 Cups)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 8
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Saute the asparagus, bell pepper and onion in the margarine in a medium skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Layer the bread, ham, half the Cheddar cheese and the sauteed vegetables in a greased 9xl3 baking dish.
Combine the honey, eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sauteed vegetables.
Sprinkle with the remaining cup of cheese.
Chill, covered, for 8 to 10 hours.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and golden.
