Roast Turkey With Honey And Lemon Baste
|Turkey buffet||5 Kilogram (No. 50)|
|Mustard||2 Tablespoon, seeded|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place oil, butter and garlic in a small jug.
Heat for 1 minute on HIGH.
Stir in remaining ingredients and heat for a further minute.
Brush turkey with honey and lemon sauce.
Place breast-side down on Low Rack and roast for 60 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 180°C Turn over halfway through cooking.
Baste with honey and lemon sauce during cooking.
