Honey Barbecued Pork

Ingredients
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 3 Dash
  Dried thyme/Dried rosemary 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless pork loin chops 4 (Cut 1.5 Inches Thick 1.5 Pounds)
Directions

For barbecue sauce, combine catsup, honey, soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce; set aside.
For seasoning mixture, combine rosemary, garlic powder, and pepper.Trim fat from chops.
Sprinkle both sides of each chop with seasoning mixture.
Place chops in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 35 to 40 minutes for medium 160°F (71 °C) or 40 to 45 minutes for well-done 170°F (77°C), turning once and brushing with sauce during the last 20 minutes of grilling time.
Pass remaining sauce.
