Honey Barbecued Pork
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||3 Dash|
|Dried thyme/Dried rosemary||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Boneless pork loin chops||4 (Cut 1.5 Inches Thick 1.5 Pounds)|
For barbecue sauce, combine catsup, honey, soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce; set aside.
For seasoning mixture, combine rosemary, garlic powder, and pepper.Trim fat from chops.
Sprinkle both sides of each chop with seasoning mixture.
Place chops in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 35 to 40 minutes for medium 160Â°F (71 Â°C) or 40 to 45 minutes for well-done 170Â°F (77Â°C), turning once and brushing with sauce during the last 20 minutes of grilling time.
Pass remaining sauce.
