Lemon-Honey Marinade For Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Bay leaves 2
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Beef bouillon granules 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 6
Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients in Dutch oven or roasting pan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
Cool marinade to room temperature.
Place pot roast in marinade; let stand for 1 hour, turning roast frequently.
Cook roast in marinade.
