Sweet 'N Sour Baste
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Basil leaf||1 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Liquid red pepper seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) Take a mixing bowl and combine together honey, tomato sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, basil and red pepper seasoning in it.
2) Cover and shake vigorously for blending the ingredients.
3) Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours.
4) Brush prepared baste on chops, ribs or chicken breasts in the last 20 minutes of grilling time.
