Honey Baked Quince

Ingredients
  Quinces 6 , peeled and cored
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 1⁄8 Teaspoon, grated
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Cream 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven moderate to 350°.

MAKING
2. Arrange quinces in shallow baking dish.
3. In a bowl mix honey with lemon.
4. Fill the quinces with the mixture.
5. Sprinkle sugar over it.
6. Cover the bottom of a pan with water.
7. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours until soft. Baste in between.

SERVING
8. Serve with plain or whipped cream.
