Sesame Seed And Honey Fingers
|Butter||3 Ounce (75 Gram)|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Bread slice||8 , toasted on one side and with crusts removed (Thin)|
1 In a small bowl, cream the butter using a wooden spoon until soft and fluffy.
2 Beat in the sesame seeds and honey.
3 On the grill rack, place the toast slices, untoasted side up,
4 Spread the sesame seed mixture liberallly on each slice.
5 Cook under a hot grill for 5-6 minutes or until the tops are brown and bubbling.
6 Remove from the heat.
7 Cut each side into three fingers.
8 Serve immediately as an accompaniment to soups.
