Broiled Salmon With Honey And Vermouth

Ingredients
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dry vermouth/Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Peeled grated ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Country style dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salmon fillets 12 Ounce (About 1 Inch Thick)
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine wine, mustard, honey, ginger, salt and pepper and stir wll with a whisk
2. Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray and place the salmon over it, basting with half of the honey mixture
3. Broil for eight minutes or so until the fish flakes easily with a fork; keep basting with the honey mixture throughout

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
