Honey Pear Crisp
|Quartered peeled pears||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Breakfast cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix pears, lemon juice, honey, melted butter, salt and nutmeg.
Put this into a baking dish.
Cream the butter and the sugar.
Add the flour and mix well - add cereal and crumble mixture together.
Spread over pear mixture.
Cover and bake at 375° F for 20 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for another 20 - 25 minutes, until pears are tender.
