This delicious honey butter crunchies are impressive add-ons to your party menu. Delight in the subtle flavor of vanilla and coconut covered in honey!
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Plain flour 4 Ounce
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Dessicated coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice cereal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (extra)
Directions

Melt butter over low heat.
Blend in milk, sif- ted flour, honey and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until dough leaves sides of pan and forms a ball.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and 1 cup coconut.
Add crushed cereal and shape into 1" balls.
Roll in extra coconut.
Store in fridge until set.
