Jumping Jack

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 2
  Soya milk 3⁄4 Pint (450 Milliliter)
  Ground almonds 1 1⁄2 Ounce (40 Gram)
Directions

Slice the bananas and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Place the frozen bananas, soya milk, ground almonds and cinnamon in a blender; add the honey, if using, and process until thick and frothy.
Pour into glasses, add a couple of ice cubes and decorate with ground cinnamon, if liked.
