|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Honey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Wash and stem plums and pack into hot sterilized 1 -quart jars.
Combine water and honey and bring to boil.
Fill jars to 1/2 inch from top with the mixture.
Partially seal jars and process in hot-water bath 20 minutes.
Remove from canner and finish sealing.
Put jars on rack to cool and store in cool, dry dark place.
