Honey Drop With Mace

|Egg yolk/Null||1 (Null)|
|Grated orange peel/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Honey/Null||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Null)|
|All purpose flour/Null||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Null)|
|Baking powder/Null||2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Ground mace/Null||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Salt/Null||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Egg white/Null||1 , slightly beaten (Null)|
|Flaked coconut/Null||2 Tablespoon, tinted (Null)|
Cream butter and sugar until well blended.
Beat In egg yolk and orange peel; blend in honey.
Combine flour, baking powder, mace and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoonsful about 2 Inches apart onto cookie sheets: flatten with fork dipped in flour.
Brush with egg white: sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 14 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
