Ingredients
  Whipping cream 6 Tablespoon, whipped
  Creme fraiche 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liquid honey 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Fold the cream into the creme fraiche, sweetening with the honey if you wish.
Turn into a shallow dish and chill until required.
