Rice N Honey Chops

  Quick cooking rice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), uncooked
  Orange juice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pork chops 4 , cut 1/2 inch thick (Rib Or Loin)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon

In 2-quart (8 x 8) baking dish, combine rice, orange juice, raisins and salt.
Stir to mix.
Arrange chops on top, pressing into rice mixture.
Drizzle honey over top.
Cook, covered with wax paper, 16 minutes or until chops are done.
If desired, remove paper
