1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in the sugar and then the honey until mixture is very stiff and holds stiff peaks.
3. Fold in the wheat germ, coconut, rice polishings, and sesame seeds. Stir in the vanilla.
4. Drop the mixture by the tea-spoonful onto a buttered and floured baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
