|Flaked coconut||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour/Self rising flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine oats, coconut and flour in large mixing bowl.
Heat remaining ingredients to boiling in heavy saucepan.
Pour over dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into greased muffin cups or foil baking cups on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until well browned.
Cool in pans.
