Lemon And Honey Crispies
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed|
|Runny honey/Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Cornflakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chocolate vermicelli/Multicolored sprinkles||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
1 Put the margarine, sugar and honey or syrup into a 1.75 litre/3 pint (7 1/2 cup) glass mixing bowl.
2 Microwave on full power for 1 minute, and stir. Microwave on power 5 for 3 minutes.
3 Stir to ensure that the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the lemon juice, raisins and cornflakes.
4 Arrange the cake cases on a cooling tray and pile a small amount of Cornflakes mixture into each cake case. Leave to set.
