Honey Lime Strawberry Bowl
|Honeydew melon balls/Frozen melon balls||3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed|
|Whole strawberries/Frozen no sugar added strawberries||2 Pint, hulled (Use Fresh)|
|Honey||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
In large bowl, combine melon balls and strawberries; refrigerate.
In small bowl, combine honey and lime juice; blend well.
Just before serving, pour honey lime mixture over fruit; toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle with coconut.
