  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thick sweetened applesauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 (Unbeaten)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Using hand rotary beater or electric mixer, beat until topping is of spreading consistency, about 5 minutes
