Turkey With Thyme

Ingredients
  Margarine 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Turkey thighs 700 Gram (2 Units, Skinless, About 350 Grams Each)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Dry white wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Beef broth 1 Liter, skimmed (4 Cups)
  Tomato paste 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Fresh thyme 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Thickener 25 Milliliter
Directions

Melt the margarine in a saucepan and braise the turkey, along with the onion, for 3 minutes on each side.
Deglaze with the white wine and add the beef broth.
Stir in the tomato paste and the thyme.
Let simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.
Add the sauce thickener.
Cut the thighs in half when serving.
