Turkey With Thyme
|Margarine||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Turkey thighs||700 Gram (2 Units, Skinless, About 350 Grams Each)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Dry white wine||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Beef broth||1 Liter, skimmed (4 Cups)|
|Tomato paste||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Fresh thyme||15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)|
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and braise the turkey, along with the onion, for 3 minutes on each side.
Deglaze with the white wine and add the beef broth.
Stir in the tomato paste and the thyme.
Let simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.
Add the sauce thickener.
Cut the thighs in half when serving.
