Apple Sage Stuffing

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 6 , diced
  Chicken fat/Margarine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Diced peeled apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Savory 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme/Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Breadcrumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Saute bacon and chicken fat together until bacon is clear and limp.
Add next three ingredients; stir fry for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and toss in remaining items.
Makes enough stuffing for a large chicken or small turkey.
