Crookneck With Herbs

Ingredients
  Yellow crookneck squash 1 Pound (4 Small)
  Rich chicken stock 2 Tablespoon (Concentrated)
  Crumbled dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim ends from squash and cut in half lengthwise.
Place squash in a saucepan with stock, basil, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper.
Cover and simmer 7 to 8 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp tender.
Contains about 20 calories per serving.
