Marinated Herb Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Small mushrooms 1 Pound
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fines herbs 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Diced pimiento 4 Ounce, drained
Directions

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels, trim ends from stems.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add mushrooms, tossing gently to coat.
Cover and chill 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
