Cucumber Slices With Shrimp And Chives

Ingredients
  Seedless cucumber 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 5 Ounce, softened
  Cooked shrimp 24 Small
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Draw tines of fork lengthwise along cucumber to score; cut into 1/4 inch (5 mm) thick slices.
Scoop out small amount of pulp from centre of each slice.
Sprinkle slices with salt; drain on paper towel for 1 hour.
Pat dry.
Using 1/4 inch (5 mm) open star tip, pipe or spoon about 1 tsp (5 mL) herb cream cheese onto each cucumber slice.
Top with shrimp and chives.
