Herb Millet Casserole

This Herb Millet Casserole tastes heavenly with a bowl of rice. Try this Herb Milllet Casserole for your weekend lunch and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Millet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Diced carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Savory Salt)
  Herb seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

In a medium saucepan, lightly brown the millet in oil.
Add carrots and celery.
Stirfry for 1 minute.
Add the salt, herb seasoning, and water.
Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 30 minutes or until millet is tender.
NOTE: Other grains may be substituted for the millet.
If using a different grain, begin with only 2 cups of water and add additional water during cooking, if necessary.
