Fenugreek Flavoured Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Large, peeled boiled and cubed
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried fenugreek 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat the oil.
Add the cumin seeds.
Don't let them turn too dark.
Add the turmeric, fenugreek and salt.
Fry for a few seconds.
Add the tomatoes and fry till the fat separates 4 Add the potatoes, stir well, cover and keep on the fire for 7-10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Sharpen with the lemon juice if you like, before serving.
