Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Dried tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 1 Dash
Directions

Combine oil ingredients in a small saucepan, srir with a wire whisk until smooth.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated (do nor allow mixture to boil).
