1) To make the Mediterranean marination in a measuring jug pour the canola oil, white wine vinegar, pepper, salt, oregano, garlic, sugar and mix well
2) This marination works well for chicken pieces to be grilled
3) For the herb citrus marination, in a measuring jug add the canola oil, garlic, thyme, pepper, orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice and mix well
4) Pour this over some vegetables and coat well
