Sauteed Tarragon Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a glass casserole, take butter, tarragon leaves and green onions. Mix it well.
2. Microwave it on high for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms. Toss it well.
4. Cover it and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and keep it aside for 5 minutes covered.

SERVING
6. Serve Sauteed Mushrooms with a chicken preparation or add it to pasta.
