Celery with Tarragon

|Celery||1 Bunch (100 gm), stalks cut into 1-inch-size pieces|
|Tarragon leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a saucepan add celery, tarragon, butter, and water.
2. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Uncover and cook over high heat until liquid dries.
4. Add salt and mix.
5. Serve at once.
