Leeks And Tarragon

Ingredients
  Leeks 2 Pound
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs), salted
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, chopped
  Parmesan cheese\ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
Directions

GETTING READY

1) Take the leeks and clean them. Trim the leeks and keep aside.

MAKING

2) Take a pan and pour water.
3) Boil water and add leeks. Cover the pan and simmer for15 minutes.
4) Take out the leeks from water and keep in a plate.
5) Take another pan and melt butter.
6) Add parsley, tarragon and cheese.
7) Pour the parsley mixture over the leeks.

SERVING

5) Serve the dish immediately.

Pour over leeks and serve.
